The Law:  

While we enforce both Federal and State laws on site below is a quick reference of the most common items enforced and the fine schedule attached for each infraction.

Exert: Federal Management Regulation 41 CFR 102-74.450 - A person found guilty of violating any rule or regulation in subpart C of this part while on any property under the charge and control of the U.S.  General Services Administration shall be fined under title 18 of the United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
