The registration fee is $195 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch each day, handout material, and a CD-ROM of invited and contributed presentations that will be mailed to each participant. Registration can be completed using the form at the end of this brochure or online.

NOTE: Date and Place of Birth are required in order for any non-Department of Commerce personnel to attend any event on the Department of Commerce campus. If the requested information is not provided for security to accomplish background checks, access to the site will be denied. Requests for cancellation and refund must be received in writing by July 26, 2004.
