Professional Research Experience Program (PREP) - Boulder
The Professional Research Experience Program (PREP) Boulder is designed by the NIST Boulder Laboratories to provide valuable laboratory experience and financial assistance to undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students. Fellowships are awarded to assure continued growth and progress of science and engineering in the United States.

All PREP-Boulder applicants must be full-time students, who are U.S. citizens (or hold permanent residence visas) and have and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.
A Federal Funding Opportunity (http://www.boulder.nist.gov/FFO.2014-NIST-PREP-BOULDER-01.pdf) is available on www.grants.gov requesting proposals from colleges and universities interested in participating in a PREP-Boulder cooperative agreement that will run from 2014-2018. The standard application package, consisting of the standard forms, i.e., SF-424, SF-424A, SF-424B, SF-LLL, and the CD-511, is available at www.grants.gov. The standard application package, plus an additional copy of the SF-424A for year five (5) of the project, may also be requested by contacting the NIST personnel listed below.
